You can access and update the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions. To access your personal information, please use your Halaxy dashboard or contact us in writing.

We do not charge a fee for access requests but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.

To protect your personal information, we may require identification before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of Your Personal Information

It is important to us that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not current or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can update our records and continue to provide quality services. If you have a Halaxy account, you could directly update your information through your Halaxy dashboard.
